Jess Haskins is a game designer, writer, and editor living in Brooklyn. She holds an MFA in Design & Technology from Parsons School of Design, where she also teaches game design. After working at various NYC studios on titles including Hiveswap, Guns of Icarus Online, and Creavures, she founded Paperback Studio to offer creative services for games and other works.
Jess is chair of the IGDA NYC chapter and organizer of NYC Indie Games, a social group for game devs. Her work centers on worldbuilding, forging communities, and exploring new forms of storytelling in games.
Mattia is a character rigger, character artist and an active community member. In addition to being a board member with IGDA NYC, he's been lending a hand at events like PAX, Indiecade, GDC, Boston FIG and the Game Devs of Color Expo for over 3 years.

Olga Polukhina is a freelance Artist & Art Historian living in Washington Heights. In 1998 she founded Ibis Arts, providing freelance scholarly research and related data management in the field of ancient Mediterranean art exhibition and sales. More recently, she received a second BFA in Video Game Design and also works as a freelance digital artist. Olga is Events Director for the IGDA NYC chapter.
